  1. I enjoyed the flexibility of a pre-recorded classes. It allowed me to settle down to tackle all the assigned videos and homework when I was in a relaxed mood. I also enjoyed Outrageous Punishment, it was an informative piece. But it was short read, but since it was free, it was understandable.

  3. Brian Marshall - The power point on Industrial age to Information age was very educational. You can see how far we came from in regards to technology. "old school" companies are now finding a hard time to keep up with the new technology. Technology has its pros and cons. I cant wait to see what technology is in the near future.

  4. Seeing as how i work in the real estate sector. It is interesting to me to consider the implications of the change in era. There is much to be said for what this will mean for overcrowding and inflated real estate prices.

  7. One advantage of the digital era that Luddites always seem to overlook is how much paper and other physical resources it has saved us. For that reason alone I support the progress of technology. I look forward to paper and physical books becoming completely obsolete, and having a books only the value be the content of the pages.

  9. As we shift from the Industrial Age to the Information Age, the transition from analog to digital is a very interesting thing. I still have memories of going to rent movies at Blockbuster as a child or watching Disney movies on a video cassette. It has been interesting to see the changes as I have grown over the years to the point that now I can see a movie whenever I want online on Netflix or buy whatever I want on Amazon rather than traveling to the traditional stores. The shift from analog to digital in this Information Age has changed almost every aspect of our lives.

  10. The information age is definitely going to come with its challenges. Though we always hear about the benefits of technology its equally as important that we study the implications technology has on society and ourselves in the now and in the present. Things such as cyber attacks, wi-fi regulation and privacy need to be all taken into account and governments need to look at ways of regulating technology because once we lose that we are ultimately ceding the power of the world to a few tech companies such as the Google who will ultimately know a lot of things that we do not.

  11. This makes you think, what's next? It seems like not too long ago CDs were not only popular but useful, and now they are already somewhat obsolete? So how long will the innovative things around us be truly innovative. Technology is continuing to advance at a more rapid pace and improving our quality of life. Is there a ceiling for how far we can go technologically?
